This amendment adds 'Pesticides (Biocides/Fungicides/Herbicides/Insecticides)' to the list of import items, alongside the existing four items, without altering their descriptions or quantities. Note 3 specifies that the quantity of the fifth item is subject to adjustments based on its concentration, as per the General Note No.2 of Chemicals and Allied Product Group. The amendment aims to enhance import flexibility within the specified guidelines.
