Charge satisfaction procedure can be registered immediately when Form No. 17 is signed and filed in triplicate. Where Form No. 17 evidencing satisfaction of a charge is signed by both lender and borrower and filed in triplicate, the Registrar may register the satisfaction immediately without issuing the statutory notice to the charge-holder; the Registrar should retain one copy and return two copies duly endorsed to indicate registration on the spot.
