It acknowledges that advancements in laser printing technology have equated its quality to that of traditional letterpress printing. Consequently, the government has decided that registrars should accept computer-printed memorandums and articles of association for company registration, as long as they are neatly and legibly printed and comply with the relevant legal requirements. This decision is effective immediately and applies to documents related to sections 15 and 30 of the Companies Act.
