After consulting with the Reserve Bank of India, it was clarified that advertisements must be published in the language of the vernacular newspaper to fulfill the rule's intent. Publishing in a different language would undermine the purpose of using vernacular newspapers. Therefore, advertisements should be in the language of the newspaper in which they appear.
