Interpretation of 'the same individual or body corporate' indicates a singular meaning for that clause. The Department's authoritative view is that the expression 'the same individual or body corporate' in clause (iii) of sub section (1B) of section 370 is to be read in the singular only and does not encompass a plural reading.
