No special label needed.</h1> Under section 173 of the Companies Law, when a notice includes special business, an explanatory statement detailing material facts about the item must be annexed. It is sufficient to include all relevant particulars in the explanatory statement for compliance, and there is no need to specifically label the item as special in the notice. Additionally, the explanatory statement is considered a part of the notice itself.
