The Board has reviewed the applicability of clearance provisions in F.37-I for property transfers involving government entities, semi-government bodies, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and similar organizations. Referring to a precedent case, the Board emphasized that properties should not typically be acquired under Chapter-XXC for transactions involving these entities. The Board instructed the Appropriate Authority to expedite the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC), ideally within 10 days from the filing of F.37-I, to facilitate such transactions efficiently.
