of <h1>New Fee Schedule for Prosecution Counsels Approved, Effective April 1, 1995, Excludes Bombay and Calcutta.</h1> The revised schedule of fees for prosecution counsels of the department has been approved, effective from April 1, 1995. Current counsels must consent to this new fee schedule. However, this schedule does not apply to Bombay and Calcutta, where fees will follow the rates set by the respective Branch Secretariats of the Ministry of Law. This decision has been made with the concurrence of the Ministry of Law and Justice.
