Share Valuation; Special Terms Transactions Expunged by Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.</h1> The Board has noted discrepancies in the valuation of Testeels Ltd. shares, which were quoted at significantly lower prices on March 29, 1975, at the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange compared to previous quotes. These transactions, priced at Rs. 88 and Rs. 70, were conducted on 'Special terms' and are considered expunged by the Stock Exchange. Consequently, these prices do not accurately reflect the market value of the shares on that date. The correct price on March 22, 1975, was Rs. 100. Assessing officers are instructed to conduct proper investigations when valuing these shares.
