of <h1>Board Expands Test-Checks on D&CR Maintenance per Instruction No. 717; Reports Due Annually by December 31.</h1> The Board has decided to expand the scope of test-checks on the maintenance of D&CR, as outlined in Instruction No. 717 from July 12, 1974. This expansion includes addressing defects identified by the Revenue Audit and communicated in a letter dated August 22, 1975. The proforma for these checks has been revised and enclosed. The test-checks, to be conducted by respective I.A.Cs, should cover a suitable percentage of D&CR entries. Reports using the revised proforma must be submitted to the Board by December 31 annually, as per the instructions from July 12, 1974.
