Versus COMMR. OF CUS., KANDLA - 2001 (134) E.L.T. 469 (Tri. - Mumbai) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai heard a case regarding the import of heptene and nonene under certain notifications. The Tribunal found discrepancies in the application of the notifications and directed an early hearing on March 10, 2000. The Tribunal also instructed the authorities to hold off on enforcing the fine until the issue is resolved, with the applicants required to submit necessary documents by February 21, 2000.
