Versus DESIGNATED AUTHORITY - 2000 (120) E.L.T. 817 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the appellant to amend the Memo. of Appeal to question the decision taken by the Govt. of India in issuing a Notification dated 11-4-2000. The decision was based on the Supreme Court case of Saurashtra Chemicals Ltd. v. Union of India. The case was adjourned to 18-9-2000 for further instructions on the additional ground raised in the Memo. of Appeal.
