EX., VADODARA Versus GUJARAT LYKA ORGANICS LTD. - 1999 (107) E.L.T. 188 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi decided the classification of 7 Amino Desacetoxy Cephalosporanic Acid (7 ADCA) under sub-heading 2941.90 as 'antibiotics' in an appeal filed by the Revenue against the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Ahmedabad's order. The Tribunal upheld the classification based on a previous order and disposed of the appeal accordingly.
