Versus COLLECTOR OF CENTRAL EXCISE, CHANDIGARH - 1998 (101) E.L.T. 375 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi, in the case of Ms. Jyoti Balasundaram, directed to adjourn stay applications to 30th April, 1998. The department was restrained from taking coercive action for recovery of the amount adjudged pending disposal of the stay applications. The impugned order confirmed a duty demand against M/s. Poddar Tyres.
