Next hearing scheduled.</h1> <h3>KUMAR PLYWOOD PALACE Versus COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS </h3> KUMAR PLYWOOD PALACE Versus COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS - 1993 (67) E.L.T. 195 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi gave the Collector of Customs, Calcutta two weeks to implement an order or explain why it had not been implemented. No SLP had been filed against the order in the Apex Court. The Tribunal directed the Collector to act accordingly and appear in the next hearing if the order was not implemented. The case was scheduled to come up on 4th March 1993.
