The Supreme Court, through Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar, dismissed the application for condonation of a 30-day delay in filing the appeal, holding that the delay was "not condonable." On merits, the Court found "no good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment."
