                            ITO lacks jurisdiction to issue reopening notice under section 148 for Rs. 17.80 lakh escaped income

                            The ITAT Delhi quashed a reopening notice issued u/s 148 for lack of jurisdiction on two grounds.                             2. ISSUE-WISE DETAILED ANALYSIS
