The Delhi High Court, in a judgment by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Yashwant Varma and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dharmesh Sharma, disposed of a writ petition seeking enforcement of a judgment from the High Court of Punjab & Haryana. The petitioner sought compliance with orders to quash proceedings under the CGST Act and refund amounts. The court found no justification to entertain the petition, allowing the application subject to exceptions and reserving liberty for the petitioner to initiate further proceedings if the previous judgment has not been complied with.
