Permission for withdrawal of application - applicants-petitioners submits that the matter stands preponed from 21.12.2019 and is fixed for today vide order dated 17.12.2019 therefore, prays for withdrawal the present application - it was held by High Court that 'The application dismissed as withdrawn.' HELD THAT:- It is not required to interfere in the matters - SLP dismissed. The Supreme Court of India, in a judgment by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, declined to interfere in the matter. The Court noted the delay in appointing an Adjudicating Officer from 2007 to 2019, leading to no progress in the case. Consequently, the Special Leave Petitions were dismissed, and any pending applications were disposed of.
