Consequently, the appellant is entitled for benefit of Serial No.934 (I) of Notification No.046/2011-CUS dated 01.06.2011. HELD THAT:- Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay as well as on the Civil Appeal(s). Application for stay is dismissed. The Supreme Court of India issued an order to issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay and on the Civil Appeal(s). The application for stay (IA No.156714/2024) was dismissed, and the case is listed after service is complete.
