SC Dismisses Petition, Opts Not to Interfere with Judgment; Condoned Delay and Resolved Pending Applications.

PANKAJ BUILDWELL LTD. AND GROUP Versus PR. COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX (CENTRAL) -2, DELHI & ANR.
PANKAJ BUILDWELL LTD. AND GROUP Versus PR. COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX (CENTRAL) -2, DELHI & ANR. - TMI SUPREME COURT, Citation: 2024 (9) TMI 1574 - SC Order. 'Delay condoned.' The Court stated it was 'not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and, hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.' The order thus refuses interference with the judgment under challenge and dismisses the special leave petition; ancillary or interlocutory reliefs raised in pending applications are resolved by the directive that 'Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.' No substantive reasons for non-interference are recorded in the short order beyond the condonation of delay and dismissal of the petition. The disposition is an order rather than a detailed adjudication on merits.
