Seeking permission to delete respondent Nos.3 and 4 as the impugned order is passed by respondent No.5 – Deputy Commissioner of Central GST, Division VI, Ahmedabad South - HELD THAT:- Permission is granted. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are ordered to be deleted. Issue Notice, returnable on 24th July, 2024. The High Court of Gujarat heard a petition where the petitioner sought permission to delete respondent Nos.3 and 4 from the impugned order, which was granted. The petitioner claimed that the impugned order was passed without giving them an opportunity of hearing under Section 75(4) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. The court issued a Notice returnable on 24th July, 2024, and ordered that no coercive action be taken by the respondent authority during the pendency of the petition. Direct service through email was permitted.
