HELD THAT:- There are no reason to interfere with the impugned order - appeal dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the Civil Appeal regarding the impugned order passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in Company Appeal (AT) (CH) (Insolvency) No 91 of 2022.
