Birla Copper Dahej for waiver of pre-deposit of Rs. 19,71,599/- and penalty of Rs. 6,00,000/- related to sulphur dioxide purification into sulphuric acid. The Tribunal stayed the recovery of the amount and penalty during the appeal process.
