The Revision Application was filed against an Order-in-Appeal regarding the seizure of traveller cheques sent by export parcel. The cheques were confiscated and a penalty imposed. The applicant pleaded for release of the cheques, stating they belonged to a customer and were sent with no criminal intent. The application was rejected as the export of traveller cheques through speed post did not fall under the jurisdiction for revision. The applicant was advised to file an appeal before the appropriate forum.
