Customs House Agent's Licence The High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam heard a case regarding temporary Customs Agents license holders who had to pass an examination within two years to regularize their license. Most petitioners had passed, except petitioners 2 and 7. The court directed the authorities to allow petitioners 2 and 7 to continue as temporary licensees until the results of the next examination are published. The petitioners were also permitted to write the current examination.
