HELD THAT:- Considering the role ascribed to the co-accused and the role ascribed to the present appellant, it is found that based on the bail granted to the co-accused, the appellant is entitled to be enlarged on Criminal Appeal @ SLP(Criminal)No. 6013 of 2024 Page 1 of 4 bail. The appellant shall be enlarged on bail on the same terms and conditions which are set out in paragraph 8 of the order dated 3rd October, 2024 in Criminal Appeal No. 4108 of 2024. Appeal allowed. Leave granted. The respondent-Directorate of Enforcement's counter-affidavit setting out the role ascribed to the appellant was considered. Having regard to the order dated 3rd October, 2024 in Criminal Appeal No. 4108 of 2024 concerning a co-accused, and 'considering the role ascribed to the co-accused and the role ascribed to the present appellant,' the Court held that 'based on the bail granted to the co-accused, the appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail.' The appellant is to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as set out in paragraph 8 of the 3rd October, 2024 order in Criminal Appeal No. 4108 of 2024. The appellant must be produced before the Special Court within one week to complete bail formalities. The appeal is allowed.
