The Telangana High Court, per Hon'ble SP, J., heard a petition represented by Sri V. Rajeshwar Rao for the petitioner. Counsel for the respondents-Sri B. Mukherjee (Deputy Solicitor General of India) and Sri A. Radha Krishna (Senior Standing Counsel, Income Tax Department)-raised no objection to the petitioner's request to withdraw the writ petition. The Court accordingly dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn, granting "liberty to file afresh, if occasion arises," and ordered that "no costs" be imposed. All interlocutory applications, if any, were also closed.
