The HC had partially set ... Money laundering - proceeds of crime - Challenge to provisional order of attachment issued under section 5 of PMLA - it was held by High Court that 'The provisional attachment order dated 22.05.2024 produced as Exhibit P11, in so far as it relates to Schedule A is hereby set aside. The provisional attachment in relation to the movable properties shown in Schedule B to Exhibit P11 is not interfered with and the petitioner is relegated to pursue his alternative remedies.' HELD THAT:- List after two weeks, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the parties. The Supreme Court, through Hon'ble Justices Bela M. Trivedi and Prasanna B. Varale, issued an order scheduling the matter for listing after two weeks, as requested by counsel. The Court directed that 'pleadings be completed in both the SLPs' in the interim.
