Continuation of prevalent arrangement of taking up matters till 5th May 2020 and to hold a meeting on administrative side to take stock of the situation on 4th May 2020 - HELD THAT:- The interim orders and arrangement continued by an order dated 26th March 2020 till 30th April 2020 shall continue further till 15th June 2020 subject to the same liberty to aggrieved party to move for vacation thereof. This order be published on the official website of this court and its copy shall also be forwarded to all concerned. Summary:The Bombay High Court (LB), comprising Hon'ble The Chief Justice and Justices A.A. Sayed, S.S. Shinde, and K.K. Tated, issued an order continuing the interim arrangements initially set on 26th March 2020. The Court decided to maintain the current hearing schedule until 5th May 2020, with a further administrative review on 4th May 2020. The interim orders and arrangements, previously extended until 30th April 2020, are now continued until 15th June 2020, 'subject to the same liberty to aggrieved party to move for vacation thereof.' Additionally, the Court clarified that for matters with time-bound disposal, the period during which the 26th March 2020 order remains effective shall be 'added and time shall stand extended accordingly.'
