The Supreme Court, presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, heard the case with Mr. Nitin Sangra and others representing the petitioner, and Mr. Tushar Mehta and others representing the respondent. The Court issued an order stating, "We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed." All pending applications are also disposed of.
