The judgment debtor shall also send the calculation of the decretal amount to the decree holder along with the payment. List on 20th November, 2015 for reporting the satisfaction of the decree. The High Court of Delhi granted the judgment debtor six weeks to make payment directly to the decree holder. The judgment debtor must also return bank guarantees to the decree holder.
