In any case, against the notice of show-cause, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid. The High Court of Orissa dismissed the writ petition seeking to quash a show-cause notice dated 02.11.2023. The petitioner was granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum. The matter was heard through hybrid mode.
