Recall of an order - seeking removal of the Appellant as RP - Application filed on the ground that RP in spite of request has not convened the meeting, hence he may be removed - it was held by NCLAT that 'There are no good ground or reasons to interfere with the impugned order in this Appeal' - HELD THAT:- There are no good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the present appeal is dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal as they found no good ground to interfere with the impugned judgment. Any pending applications will be disposed of accordingly.
