All pending applications related to the ... Maintainability of appeal - appellant submitted that these appeals have been rendered infructuous as they are against an interim order passed by the High Court and since the main matter has been disposed of by the High Court, nothing further would survive for consideration by this Court. HELD THAT:- The Civil Appeals are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The Supreme Court dismissed the Civil Appeals as they were rendered infructuous due to the main matter being disposed of by the High Court. Pending applications were also disposed of.
