The High Court of Delhi dismissed the application for early hearing of a bail application as not pressed. The bail application was subsequently withdrawn with permission to approach the trial court, and the next hearing date was canceled. The court clarified that no arguments were presented before them, and the trial court should not be influenced by the withdrawal.
