All pending applications were disposed of. The case was presided over by Justices ... Seeking grant of regular bail - recovery of contraband item - Heroin - narcotic substance - proper sampling procedure or not - it was held by Delhi High Court that it is premature at this stage to say that the samples drawn are not true representative samples of the contraband seized. In the present case, at the time of examination of case property, the learned Special Judge can satisfy himself with regard to the correctness of the procedure followed. HELD THAT:- The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition after condoning the delay. Pending applications were disposed of. Justices C. T. Ravikumar and Sanjay Kumar were presiding. Petitioner represented by Mr. Akshay Bhandari and Mr. Ashish Batra.
