<h1>Supreme Court dismisses appeals, upholds judgment. No valid reason found to interfere.</h1> The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals and disposed of pending applications as they found no valid reason to interfere with the impugned judgment. - TMI Fraudulent activities under SEBI - issue of 80,800 false share certificates, forging signatures of genuine investors on the transfer documents and verifying fake share certificate and forging signatures and approving fraudulent transfer etc. - as per SAT[Mumbai] WTM passed ex-parte ad-interim order correctly in terms of Section 11 in the interest of the investors - HELD THAT:- No good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the present appeals are dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals as they did not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned judgment.
