The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in New Delhi allowed the withdrawal of an appeal by the Appellant as the Committee of Creditors had already filed an appeal against the Impugned Order, which was allowed to extend time for approving the Resolution Plan. The appeal was disposed accordingly.
