LTD., [2020 (12) TMI 888 - NATIONAL ANTI-PROFITEERING AUTHORITY] - HELD THAT:- In the above case, the 5th and 6th lines of the Para on page No. 26 instead of “deposited in the CWFs of the Central and the Haryana State Government as per the details given above” would be read as “passed on to all the eligible buyers.” The Anti-Profiteering Authority issued a corrigendum to Order No.81/2020, correcting a statement in Para 29 of the original order regarding the distribution of funds to eligible buyers.
