Renotify the matter on 14.05.2020. The Delhi High Court, in 2020 (5) TMI 644, directed the petitioner to withdraw a prayer clause and implead the Airport Authority of India, Air Operator, and Concessionaire. The petitioner was also asked to file an additional-affidavit regarding their financial position and e-pass application within one week. The respondents were given the opportunity to file a combined counter-affidavit, with the next hearing scheduled for 14.05.2020.
