        <h1>Supreme Court Grants Leave, Condoned Delay, Tags Matter with Civil Appeal No. 4090</h1> The Supreme Court granted leave, condoned the delay, and tagged the matter with Civil Appeal No. 4090 of 2016. - TMI Assessment u/s 153C - additions made u/s 68 on account of share application money - absence of any incriminating material found during search - HELD THAT:- Delay condoned. Leave granted. The Supreme Court of India in 2020 (3) TMI 57 - SC Order, with judges Rohinton Fali Nariman and Surya Kant, granted leave and tagged the matter with Civil Appeal No. 4090 of 2016 after condoning the delay. Sanjay Jain, ASG, and others represented the petitioner.
