Provisional release of seized goods - goods were seized on the ground of over valuation - HELD THAT:- Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner under the Customs Act, 1962 for provisional release of goods in accordance with law, rules, regulations, Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case and as early as possible and practicable preferably within a period of two weeks. Petition disposed off. The Delhi High Court directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's claim for provisional release of seized goods within two weeks under the Customs Act, 1962. The writ petition was disposed of accordingly.
