        <h1>Special leave petitions withdrawn by Supreme Court in 2020 case</h1> The Supreme Court disposed of the special leave petitions as withdrawn in the case heard by Justices Rohinton Fali Nariman and S. Ravindra Bhat in 2020 ... Assessment u/s 153A - validity of search conducted u/s 132 - search conducted in the premises in which the assessee may not be carrying on the business - HELD THAT:- SLP disposed of as withdrawn. The Supreme Court order in 2020 (1) TMI 735 stated that the special leave petitions were disposed of as withdrawn. Justices Rohinton Fali Nariman and S. Ravindra Bhat were presiding. Petitioner represented by Mr. S. Ganesh, Mr. Mayank Jain, Mr. Parmatma Singh, and Mr. Madhur Jain.
