The Supreme Court allowed the Review Petitioners/Appellants to approach the High Court by way of a Review Petition to address specific grievances regarding the proceedings.Consideration of points urged by the Appellants/Review Petitioners:Upon perusing the order dated 20th July, 2018, the Court found that the points raised by the Appellants/Review Petitioners required detailed consideration. Consequently, the Court recalled the common order dated 20th July, 2018, and restored the two appeals along with pending applications to the Court's file. The review petitions were allowed, and the matters were listed for further proceedings in due course.
