The process of implementation of issue of Final Order No 75647 of 2017 dated 02.02.2017 has been initiated and will be completed soon. Accordingly, no further directions are being issued on the Misc. Application, the same should be listed on Board on 22.02.2019. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT KOLKATA issued an order regarding a Misc. Application on 08.02.2019. The Assistant Commissioner of Customs mentioned the process of implementing Final Order No 75647 of 2017 dated 02.02.2017. The Misc. Application was directed to be listed on Board on 22.02.2019. No further directions were issued.
