It is further seen that the notice for hearing today has been sent to the address given by the appellant in appeal Form CA-3 filed by them on 30.10.2018, which has been returned undelivered. It appears that the appellant is not serious to pursue the matter - Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The appellate tribunal dismissed the appeal for non-prosecution as the appellant was not present for the last six hearings and did not respond to notices. The appeal was filed on 30.10.2018 but the appellant did not show seriousness in pursuing the matter.
