Rectification of mistake - error apparent on the face of record - Held that:- In para 3 of the order dated 03.12.2018, it was wrongly stated as on the date of dictation the order was available. Hence, there is an apparent error - the error stands corrected and ROM application is allowed. The ROM application was filed by the applicant due to an error in the order. The Counsel's submission was wrongly mentioned in para 3 of the order. The error was corrected by replacing the paragraph with the correct submission made by the Counsel. The ROM application was allowed.
