A149 (SC) Jurisdiction - authority of Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to exercise powers u/s 3 of the Act - converting certain items from “free” to “restricted” - delegation of power - Held that:- SLP is dismissed. The Supreme Court of India dismissed the special leave petition. Pending interlocutory applications were disposed of as a result.
