The Supreme Court issued an order to issue notice on the application for ex-parte stay and on the appeal, returnable in six weeks. The case was presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K. Sikri and Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Abdul Nazeer. Appellant represented by Mr. Gopal Subramanium and a team of advocates.
